What you are paying for
Built to work on the worst day.
The escalation runs on the server, not on the worker's phone. A flat battery or a locked screen does not stop the alert going out. Every push, SMS and call is logged so delivery can be checked, and you can run a self-test any time to watch the whole ladder fire from end to end.

How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars, GST included. Personal can be paid yearly for AU$90, which is two months off the monthly price. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and your schedules keep running until then. Downgrading to Free keeps your data, within the Free plan's limits.
What counts as a "worker"?
One worker is one person with their own check-in schedule and login. You pay AU$12 per worker per month for the people actively covered, and you can add or remove workers as your roster changes. Larger teams get volume pricing, so get in touch.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free is AU$0 and stays free. It covers one check-in schedule and one contact with app, push and email, which is enough for a simple personal check-in.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST.
